In 2021, we welcomed 20 additional technicians to our team, dedicated to testing new processes and delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Our designers boast over a decade of experience in combining design with carbon fiber production. They work closely with our production team to optimize tooling structures, ensuring that our products meet both aesthetic and production feasibility requirements. We offer a comprehensive one-stop service, from design to CNC machining, utilizing industry-leading equipment for processing high-temperature resin abrasives.

Mold Development and Innovation

With over 10 years of research, we have developed various abrasive materials to meet OE client demands. Our investment in three autoclave machines in 2018 and six molding equipment sets in 2020 highlights our commitment to innovation and efficiency. Our efficient dry carbon technology enables mass production of high-quality products, solving the production challenges of small items like tail wings and interior decorations.

Innovative Processes for Greater Efficiency

Our advanced processes, including pressure forming, have revolutionized carbon fiber production. Unlike traditional methods, our technology allows for the production of 8-10 sets of products per mold per day, significantly enhancing efficiency without compromising quality.
